[Biography]
Trained by the founders of the Lyon school of knee surgery, Albert Trillat and Henri Dejour, he went on to lead it and carry it around the world. Since 2025 he has chaired the board of the Journal of ISAKOS, and he still operates, in Lyon.
None of this would have been possible without his wife and a whole family. They built this career together.
Honorary member of the Peruvian, German, Portuguese, Chilean, Turkish and Mexican societies, and of the AOSSM. Co-founder of Orthopaedic Studio in 2021, he led the design and writing of its sixteen patient booklets.
